Al-Radi, Abbad
(1944- )
Iraqi architect Abbad al-Radi was educated at Cambridge University in England and at MIT in the United States. He worked for a year in Libya. Through his firm Planar he completed several residential housing projects in Iraq, among them the Abi Nawa Residential Development in Baghdad, 1980-1984. In the 1980s and 90s he built residential and commercial buildings in the UAE.
