Rayes, Georges
(1915-2002)
Lebanese architect George Rayes was born in Alexandria, Egypt, in 1915. He studied at the Bartlett School and the Architecture Association. With his partner Theo Kanaan and Assem Salam, Rayes designed the landmark Pan American building in Beirut in 1955.
