Abdel Hadi Shalla received his B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Cairo in 1971. He has participated in solo and group art exhibitions in the Arab World, Europe, Asia and Canada since 1968. His artwork is owned by a variety of galleries, museums, and associations world-wide. He has won several international awards. Shalla currently lives Canada.

He is a member of an international group called “Artists against the Occupation.”
