Youssef was born in Dura, Hebron, in 1965. He is a member of the Palestinian Artists League, vice president for Ibdaa’ center fro culture and arts in Dura, and a board member of al-Anqa’ Cultural Center in Hebron.

He currently lives in Hebron and works in photography and graphic design.
